The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a real current value, a real voltage value and an electrical angular velocity of operation of a target motor; calculating an expected control voltage value of the motor according to a set expected current value, the real current value, the electrical angular velocity and motor parameters; calculating an estimated value of actual disturbance according to the real current value, the real voltage value, the electrical angular velocity and motor parameters; applying a motor actual control voltage value obtained by summing the expected control voltage value and the estimated value of the actual disturbance to a target motor, and driving the target motor to generate a set expected current value so as to output an expected torque to control the motor to move; and compensating the current disturbance through the motor current disturbance real-time compensation method.
