Abstract The invention discloses a preparation method for a hollow arc-shaped tubular composite material. The preparation method comprises the steps that flow guide cloth, demolding cloth and a reinforcing material are sequentially wound on a rod-shaped core mold, and dehumidifying, heating and demolding are performed to obtain a prefabricated body; a resin flow guide pipe is arranged in an inner cavity of the prefabricated body in a penetrating mode, then a tubular vacuum bag sleeve is placed in the resin flow guide pipe, the prefabricated body is placed in the mold, and a mold cavity of the mold is of an arc-shaped tubular structure; and the mold is vacuumized, a resin system is guided into the mold, the prefabricated body is impregnated by the resin system, and the hollow arc-shaped tubular composite material is obtained through curing and demolding.
