Abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method for a hollow arc-shaped tubular composite material. The preparation method comprises the steps that flow guide cloth, demolding cloth and a reinforcing material are sequentially wound on a rod-shaped core mold, and dehumidifying, heating and demolding are performed to obtain a prefabricated body; a resin flow guide pipe is arranged in an inner cavity of the prefabricated body in a penetrating mode, then a tubular vacuum bag sleeve is placed in the resin flow guide pipe, the prefabricated body is placed in the mold, and a mold cavity of the mold is of an arc-shaped tubular structure; and the mold is vacuumized, a resin system is guided into the mold, the prefabricated body is impregnated by the resin system, and the hollow arc-shaped tubular composite material is obtained through curing and demolding. The preparation method is high in speed, high in efficiency and low in cost, furthermore, raw materials can be separately stored, and the product quality is good.
