Abstract | The invention provides a knowledge mining method and device for coronavirus associated data based on a scientific perspective, electronic equipment and a medium. A specific embodiment of the method comprises the steps of obtaining first query data and second query data; on the basis of a preset graph structure, searching a communication path between a first node corresponding to the first query data and a second node corresponding to the second query data, wherein the nodes in the graph structure comprise coronavirus names and coronavirus associated data, and edges in the graph structure have preset weights, the weight represents the step length required for establishing association between the two corresponding nodes; and displaying the communication path. The method is beneficial to comprehensively and completely mining the incidence relation among different data, and realizes thematic information mining and knowledge discovery from the aspects of coronavirus, virus classification, strains and the like.
