Abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of cable manufacturing, particularly relates to a manufacturing method of a novel ultrathin insulating environment-friendly special communication cable, and solves the problems that a communication cable in the prior art cannot meet the requirements of special industries, cannot work normally in an extreme environment, is easy to damage and the like. The manufacturing method of the novel ultrathin insulating environment-friendly special communication cable comprises the steps of twisting galvanized copper wires and tinned copper wires to obtain a conductor; extruding modified polyvinyl chloride plastic, stretching and coating the conductor to form a wire core; after the wire core is coated with a silicon-germanium alloy net, extruding an irradiation cross-linked halogen-free high-flame-retardant polyolefin material to form an insulating layer; and extruding the modified silicone rubber outside the insulating layer to form an outer sheath so as to obtain the cable. |
