Abstract | The invention relates to a dispensing control method and device. The dispensing control method comprises the following steps that a dispensing area of a target dispensing object is determined; three-dimensional point cloud data in the dispensing area are acquired; a dispensing amount theoretical value of the target dispensing object is determined according to the three-dimensional point cloud data; and dispensing is performed on the target dispensing object in the dispensing area until the total accumulated amount of glue filling the dispensing area is greater than 90% of the dispensing amount theoretical value. The effect of carrying out moderate dispensing in the dispensing area can be achieved.
本申请涉及一种点胶控制方法及装置。点胶控制方法包括:确定目标点胶对象的点胶区域;获取所述点胶区域内的三维点云数据;根据所述三维点云数据确定所述目标点胶对象的点胶量理论值;在所述点胶区域内对所述目标点胶对象进行点胶,直至填充于所述点胶区域的胶体累积总量大于所述点胶量理论值的90%停止点胶。可起到对点胶区域进行适度点胶的效果。 |
