The invention discloses an image processing method, an image processing device, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The image processing method comprises the steps of obtaining human body key points according to a human body image; performing image segmentation on the human body image to obtain a human body region, and establishing a human body three-dimensional model according to the human body image and the human body region; determining a human body part model according to the human body key points and the human body three-dimensional model; and adjusting the human body parts by using a preset part model so as to generate a target image according to the adjusted human body three-dimensional model. According to the image processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the human body region in the image is segmented, so that possible distortion of the background environment of the image is avoided. By means of three-dimensional reconstruction of the human body, processing of the image o
