Abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics. The invention provides a preparation method and application of a fructus cassiae fistulae extract. The preparation method comprises the following steps: crushing Chinese sausage fruits, mixing the crushed Chinese sausage fruits with a solvent to obtain a mixture, and extracting the mixture through a micro-jet extractor to obtain the Chinese sausage fruit extract. Through extraction of the micro-jet extractor, cells in the Chinese sausage fruit raw materials can be effectively broken, effective components are dissolved out, no chemical reagent needs to be added or no complex technological process needs to be adopted, the effective components in traditional Chinese medicine components can be reserved, meanwhile, harmful component residues are avoided, and the prepared Chinese sausage fruit extract is high in content of total flavonoids and polyphenols and free of toxic and side effects.
