Abstract The invention discloses a dielectric barrier discharge load electrical model parameter identification method and device, and equipment. Aiming to solve the problems of complex modeling and difficulty in coefficient determination of a current dielectric barrier discharge load electrical model, the invention provides the dielectric barrier discharge load electrical model parameter identification method. According to the method, the working waveform of a dielectric barrier load can be well fitted, and the external load electrical characteristics of the DBD load can be reflected. The method disclosed by the invention is beneficial to revealing the internal working mechanism of the dielectric barrier discharge type load. 本发明公开了一种介质阻挡放电负载电气模型参数辨识方法、装置及设备。针对目前介质阻挡放电负载电气模型存在建模复杂和系数确定困难的问题,本发明公开了一种介质阻挡放电负载电气模型参数辨识方法。该方法能够很好地拟合出介质阻挡负载的工作波形,反映DBD负载的外部负载电气特性。本发明公开的方法有助于揭示介质阻挡放电型负载的内部工作机理。
