Abstract | The invention provides a multi-disciplinary optimization method for variable-spacing arrangement of riveting points based on crashworthiness, and belongs to the technical field of structural design of carrying equipment. Based on the definition of a riveting point variable spacing arrangement optimization problem, a parameterized finite element model with a series of riveting point spacings as design variables is established, training samples are collected through a mixed material test design method, verification samples are selected through a random sampling method, a proxy model is selected through a leave-one-out cross validation strategy. After verification of the precision of the proxy model is completed, an optimization scheme is obtained and verified by adopting a heuristic multi-objective optimization algorithm, and then optimization design of variable-spacing arrangement of the riveting points is completed.
