Abstract | The invention discloses a design method of a low-heat-sink high-temperature fuel gas channel. The design method specifically comprises the steps that the minimum heat flux density needing to be conducted at each position of the high-temperature fuel gas channel along the way is obtained; the value range of the actual heat flux density needing to be conducted at each position of the high-temperature fuel gas channel along the way is determined based on the minimum heat flux density; matching design is carried out on the number, groove widths and groove heights of cooling grooves based on the flow of a coolant, and a heat transfer coefficient of the cooling structure is obtained; the heat conduction resistance of the channel wall is obtained based on the actual heat flux density needing to be conducted at each position of the high-temperature fuel gas channel along the way and the heat transfer coefficient of the cooling structure; and design parameter values are selected to adapt to the heat conduction resista |
