Abstract | A three-way crack vibration frequency measuring and checking method comprises the steps that an actuator is used for driving an ammonia spraying adjusting door to control the ammonia spraying amount, ammonia and air are mixed and then sprayed into SCR to be fully reacted with NOx, a CEMS analysis device detects the real-time emission amount of NOx, and then an opening degree instruction of the ammonia spraying adjusting door actuator is determined through calculation. A dynamic optimal IMC-PID control system developed and applied by the project has an automatic optimization function and an automatic and manual setting function, is excellent in control effect, can meet the requirement of continuous and automatic control of NOX on site, can be realized in an SAMA graph platform of a DCS, is very convenient to configure and set, and does not generate extra equipment cost and maintenance cost, so the method has good economic applicability.
