Abstract The invention relates to the technical field of oil and gas field sulfur removal agents, in particular to an oil and gas field organic composite efficient sulfur removal agent and a preparation method thereof. The sulfur removal agent is prepared from, by mass, 40-50% of a triazine derivative, 10-20% of methyldiethanolamine, 7-10% of an auxiliary solvent, 5-8% of triethylene glycol and the balance of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding methyldiethanolamine, a triazine derivative and triethylene glycol into a reaction kettle, stirring at a high speed, adding an auxiliary solvent, finally adding water, uniformly stirring at a low speed, and discharging.
