Abstract | The invention belongs to the field of recycling and recycling of waste high polymer materials, and particularly relates to a method for degrading a polyimide material by microwaves. The method comprises the following steps: preparing the polyimide waste, a solvent and a catalyst into a degradation system, and putting the degradation system into a microwave reactor for degradation reaction. filtering after degradation is completed, and adding deionized water to wash a filter cake to obtain aromatic diamine; and evaporating out the solvent from washing liquid, adding hydrochloric acid to precipitate the aromatic pyromellitic acid, and filtering and drying to obtain aromatic pyromellitic acid. According to the present invention, the alkaline catalyst is utilized to selectively break the imide bond under the microwave condition to obtain pyromellitic acid and 2, 2 '-diaminodiphenyl ether, and the method has advantages of low recovery cost, mild reaction condition, normal pressure degradation, and easy separation |
