Abstract | The invention discloses a trigger device suitable for a lightning photography system. The trigger device comprises an optical imaging unit, an anti-dazzling screen and a photoelectric conversion unit, wherein the optical imaging unit is used for collecting optical signals of a lightning channel; the anti-dazzling screen is located between the optical imaging unit and the photoelectric conversion unit, and the anti-dazzling screen has an opening part for limiting the range of passing light; one end of the photoelectric conversion unit is located on the focal plane of the optical imaging unit, and the other end of the photoelectric conversion unit is connected to the lightning photography system; and the photoelectric conversion unit is used for converting an optical signal passing through the anti-dazzling screen into an electric signal and triggering the lightning photography system to act when the electric signal exceeds a threshold value.
