Abstract The invention discloses a radar antenna turnover mechanism which comprises a bracket, a rotary table, a rotary arm, a connecting rod, a sector gear, a gear speed reduction system, a rotary shaft and a torsion bar balance mechanism. The bracket is used for installing a radar antenna, the bracket and the rotary table are connected through the rotating shaft, and the sector gear is connected to the bracket. One end of the torsion bar balance mechanism is fixed on the rotary table, and the other end of the torsion bar balance mechanism is connected with the rotary arm. And the rotating arm is connected with the bracket through the connecting rod.
