本发明实施例公开了一种图像重建方法和装置，其中，该方法包括：获取采集到的目标对象的投影图像，并对所述投影图像进行预处理，得到与所述投影图像的正常曝光区域对应的第一校正区域和与所述投影图像的过度曝光区域对应的第二校正区域；其中，所述预处理包括图像分割处理和空气校正处理；基于所述第一校正区域中的像素点的空气校正值对所述第二校正区域中的像素点的空气校正值进行修正；基于所述第一校正区域和修正后的第二校正区域进行图像重建，得到所述目标对象的重建图像。本发明实施例的技术方案，可以减轻由于过度曝光引起的断层图像中出现的目标对象边缘过亮或过暗的伪影，较好地确定受过度曝光影响的像素长度，提升重建图像的图像质量。 The present disclosure relates to a system and a method for image reconstruction.
