The invention provides an intelligent check meter and an intelligent check system, and the intelligent check meter comprises: a sampler which is used for sampling the body part of a to-be-detected object or the blood, urine, excrement and body fluid of the to-be-detected object so as to obtain a collected sample; a manipulator that controls the operation of the sampler; an analyzer that is used for analyzing the collected sample of the to-be-detected object so as to obtain a detection result; and a communication unit that communicates in a wired or wireless manner to transmit the inspection result, wherein the communication unit is used for sending the inspection result associated with the to-be-detected object to an external terminal so as to inform the to-be-detected object, and the communication unit uploads the test result to a big data platform so as to collect and store the test result associated with the to-be-detected object on the big data platform. 本发明提供一种智能检验仪和智能检验系统，该智能检验仪包括：采样器，该采样器对待测对象的身体部位或者所述
