A strain measurement circuit is arranged on the outer side face of the middle section of the universal coupling and comprises a strain bridge, a signal amplifying circuit, a transmitting antenna, a temperature sensor and a rotor power source. The coupling environmental chamber comprises a lower chamber body and an upper chamber body hinged to the lower chamber body. The upper chamber body and the lower chamber body surround the strain measurement circuit and the middle section of the universal coupling after being combined. The upper chamber body and the lower chamber body are used for controlling the temperature of the environment where the middle section of the universal coupling is located according to a temperature
