Abstract The invention discloses a treatment method of carrageenan industrial waste residues. The treatment method comprises the following steps: adding kappa-carrageenan enzyme into the carrageenan industrial waste residues for enzymolysis; adding cellulase into the carrageenan industrial waste residues for enzymolysis; and adding hydrochloric acid into the carrageenan industrial waste residues treated by the cellulase for treatment. The carrageenan industrial waste residues are subjected to enzymolysis through kappa-carrageenan enzyme, so that carrageenan can be separated from the waste residues, and carrageenan oligosaccharide is recycled; therefore, carrageenan and perlite can be separated and recycled by treating the carrageenan industrial waste residues through cellulase and hydrochloric acid, wherein the recycled perlite is basically consistent with commercial perlite, and the recycled perlite has recycling value, so that the production process of the carrageenan is green and environment-friendly. 本发明公开了一种卡拉胶工业
