Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a chlorine-free catalyst. The preparation method comprises: 1, adding cuprous chloride and cobalt chloride to N, N-dimethylformamide, uniformly stirring, carrying out a reaction for 1-2 h at a temperature of 120-150 DEG C, adding acetylacetone to the reaction liquid, heating to a temperature of 150-160 DEG C, and continuing the reaction for 2-3 h; 2, cooling the reaction liquid to room temperature, adding deionized water to separate out a precipitate, filtering, collecting the precipitate, washing the obtained precipitate with deionized water, and drying to obtain a solid mixture; and 3, under the protection of inert gas, dissolving the solid mixture obtained in the step 2 in an organic solvent to obtain a mixed solution, heating the mixed solution to 50-60 DEG C, adding a complexing agent, reacting at 50-60 DEG C for 1-2 hours, concentrating the reaction solution, standing, filtering, and drying to obtain the chlorine-free catalyst.
