Summary: | The invention belongs to the technical field of biomedicine, and particularly relates to a cyanobacteria gasbag extraction method and application thereof. The method (H2O2 method) for rapidly and efficiently extracting the microcystis gasbags is established. The method comprises the following specific steps: S1, adjusting the concentration of algae cells to be (0.5-8.0) * 10 cells/mL; S2, adding hydrogen peroxide with the concentration of 0.02-3.5 mol/L; S3, carrying out shaking treatment for 5-240 minutes; S4, carrying out low-temperature centrifugation on the treated algae liquid; and S5, mixing the centrifuged upper-layer white emulsion with a PBS solution in equal proportion, centrifuging at low temperature, and reserving a white floating layer to obtain the gasbag. The method provides technical support for further development of biosynthetic ultrasonic contrast agents, shows good industrial potential, and also provides raw materials for research of the fine structure of the gasbag.
