Abstract The invention discloses a metal and ceramic connector and a connecting method thereof, and belongs to the field of metal and ceramic connection. The metal and ceramic connector is of a sandwich layer structure, ceramic is wrapped in metal, and the connecting method comprises the following steps: firstly, performing high-temperature oxidation on the ceramic, performing alloy vacuum casting on a surface-oxidized ceramic sheet, and finally, performing clamping heat treatment on the poured layered composite material, so that metallurgical bonding is generated between the flaky ceramic and the metal.
