According to the invention, the relation between the phase in the vertical direction and the phase in the horizontal direction is established through a calibration matrix, the absolute phase in the horizontal direction can be converted into the phase in the vertical direction, and the converted phase is used as the fundamental phase in the vertical direction, so that the fundamental grating pattern in the vertical direction can be further removed. Compared with the traditional method, the method provided by the invention has the advantages that required grating patterns are reduced, so that the decoding of the vertical phase and the horizontal phase of the object can be quickly realized.
