Abstract | The invention discloses a hemerocallis fulva waterlogging tolerance identification method, which aims at screening hemerocallis fulva waterlogging tolerance resources, selects different varieties of hemerocallis fulva to carry out waterlogging stress, takes leaves as samples, and carries out principal component analysis on seven physiological and biochemical indexes to obtain two independent indexes, and through comprehensive analysis, the day lily varieties are divided into four types: waterlogging-resistant variety, waterlogging-resistant variety, non-waterlogging-resistant variety and non-waterlogging-resistant variety. According to the method, evaluation is carried out through multi-index measurement and comprehensive data results, the problem that the waterlogging tolerance identification process of hemerocallis fulva is not comprehensive enough is solved, and the evaluation result is objective and repeatable.
