Abstract | The embodiment of the invention provides a captive balloon anchoring facility. The captive balloon anchoring facility comprises a bearing main body, a revolving platform and a braking device. The revolving platform is configured to rotate relative to the bearing main body. The braking device is configured to brake the rotary platform to limit rotation of the revolving platform relative to the bearing main body. Due to the fact that the braking device brakes the revolving platform, rotation of the revolving platform relative to the bearing main body is limited, the rotating speed and the rotating and swinging intensity of the revolving platform can be reduced to a certain degree, and the risk brought by captive balloon anchoring facilities to operators is reduced.
