Abstract The invention relates to an online detection and identification method and system for a fish toxic red tide algae. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum data of a red tide algae sample; preprocessing the three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum data of the red tide algae sample; extracting spectral features from the preprocessed three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum data; according to the extracted spectral features, establishing a mapping model of fish toxic red tide algae hemolytic activity identification by adopting a particle swarm optimization support vector machine method; and determining an identification result by using the mapping model according to the extracted spectral features.
