The embodiment of the invention provides a data processing system and method for reallocating salesmen for customers of an insurance company, and the system comprises: a data query device, which is used for searching the recently effective insurance policy in all insurance policies under the name of the customer, determining all on-duty salesmen of a team to which the demission salesmen corresponding to the recently effective insurance policy belong, and sending the determined information of the on-duty salesman to a salesman scoring device; a salesman scoring device, which is used for calculating the score of each determined in-service salesman for the attribute of the customer based on the determined index of each in-service salesman for each insurance policy type in all the insurance policy types, and outputting the information of the in-service salesman with the highest score; and a display device, which is used for displaying the information of the on-duty salesman output by the salesman scoring device.
