Abstract The invention provides a method for identifying gum medicinal materials based on a chemical oscillation fingerprint technology, and the method comprises the following steps of: (1) adding the gum medicinal materials into an acid solution for acid hydrolysis, adding an oscillation system solution into the acid solution after the acid hydrolysis is completed, uniformly mixing the substances, and then communicating the mixed solution with an electrochemical workstation through an electrode, thus obtaining a chemical oscillation fingerprint spectrum; (2) carrying out pretreatment and characteristic parameter extraction on the chemical oscillation fingerprint spectrum, and carrying out principal component analysis and/or system similarity analysis; and (3) establishing a regression relationship between the characteristic parameters and the content of the gum medicinal materials.
