Abstract | The invention discloses a method for controlling deflection of an H-shaped steel web and belongs to the technical field of steel production. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) measuring an actual thickness and deflection of the H-shaped steel web before a rolled part is straightened to obtain a thickness t1 of the web and a bending value w of the web; (2) carrying out zero adjustment on straightening rolls; (3) after zero calibration is completed, setting roll gap reduction values of the second upper roll, the fourth upper roll, the sixth upper roll and the eighth upper roll, in order to avoid indentation in the middle of the web, adopting a small reduction schedule, setting the rolling reduction of the second upper roll according to N2 = (k1. t1.Sigma s/E + k2.w), and setting the fourth upper roll, the sixth upper roll, and the eighth upper roll according to a coefficient N4/6/8 = k.N2 (k = 0.5-0.95) in a progressively decreasing manner; and (4) straightening the rolled part through a straighte |
