A paper diaper body comprises two hip-protecting parts, a liquid-permeable surface layer, a composite absorption core layer and a liquid-impermeable bottom layer which are stacked from inside to outside, wherein each hip-protecting part comprises an upper breathable layer, a hip-protecting layer and a lower breathable layer which are stacked up and down in sequence; first rubber is arranged between the upper breathable layer and the lower breathable layer and is positioned on two sides of the hip-protecting layer; the composite absorption core layer comprises an upper-layer absorption core and a lower-layer absorption core which are stacked up and down in sequence; a first flow guide groove is longitudinally formed in the upper-layer absorption core; and a second flow guide groove is longitudinally formed in the lower-layer absorption core.
