Abstract The invention provides a numerical simulation method for the trafficability of a solid-phase suspended matter in pores of an oil and gas reservoir. The method comprises the following steps of 1, determining a numerical simulation research object of the pores of the oil and gas reservoir according to research requirements, and establishing boundary parameters; 2, establishing an oil and gas reservoir pore simulation model according to the boundary parameters of the research object; 3, on the basis of the basic model obtained in the step 2, determining fluid parameters in pores, and simulating fluid in an oil and gas reservoir through a computational fluid mechanics method; 4, determining parameters of particles in pores, and calculating suspended solids in the oil and gas reservoir by adopting a discrete element method; and step 5, coupling the step 3 and the step 4 to simulate trafficability of the solid-phase suspended matter in the pores of the oil and gas reservoir.
