Abstract The invention specifically relates to an anti-sinking anti-rotation rectangular wedge-shaped intramedullary fixation device for the orthopedics. The anti-sinking anti-rotation rectangular wedge-shaped intramedullary fixation device for orthopedics comprises a main nail. The upper part of the main nail, the lower part of the main nail and the portion between the upper part of the main nail and the lower part of the main nail are respectively provided with a corresponding conical degree. The upper part of the main nail is wedge-shaped and rectangular, namely, four sides of the upper part of the main nail are respectively set to be gradually varied in a semi-circular or a trapezoidal mode. The upper part of the main nail, the lower part of the main nail and the portion between the upper part of the main nail and the lower part of the main nail are respectively provided with the corresponding conical degree, thereby solving problems of sinking and intramedullary rotation of the main nail caused by external force.
