Abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of micron spherical activated carbon, belongs to the technical field of activated carbon, and relates to spherical activated carbon. The preparation method of the micron spherical activated carbon comprises the steps of under microwave conditions, mixing activated carbon with a sensitizer to react, and controlling action sites of microwaves on the surface of the activated carbon by using the sensitizer to obtain the micron spherical activated carbon, wherein the sensitizer comprises acetic acid, a tetrabutyl titanate solution, a soluble organic matter and a metal ion salt. The method has the advantages of easily available raw materials, low energy consumption, simple process flow and high yield, and can implement large-scale production. 本发明公开了一种微米球形活性炭的制备方法,属于活性炭技术领域,涉及球形活性炭。一种微米球形活性炭的制备方法,是在微波条件下,将活性炭与敏化剂混合反应,利用敏化剂控制微波在活性炭表面作用位点,制得微米球形活性炭,其中所述的敏化剂包括乙酸、钛酸四丁酯溶液、可溶性有机物和金属离子盐。本发明原料成本易于取得,能耗低,工艺流程简单,成品率高,可实现规模化生产。
