Abstract The invention provides a ninhydrin post-column derivatization method for detecting three biogenic amines in fish meal. The ninhydrin post-column derivatization method comprises the following steps: preparing a to-be-detected sample solution, establishing a standard curve, and detecting by using an amino acid automatic analyzer. According to the method, the contents of the three biogenic amines in the fish meal are detected by utilizing a post-column derivatization method and setting the variety, the pH value and related parameters of the buffer solution, and compared with a pre-column derivatization method in the prior art, the method has the advantages of simple pretreatment operation, short detection time, good repeatability and good popularization prospect. 本发明提供了一种检测鱼粉中三种生物胺的茚三酮柱后衍生化法,包括:待测样品溶液制备、标准曲线建立、利用氨基酸自动分析仪检测。本发明利用柱后衍生法,通过设定缓冲溶液种类、PH值以及相关参数对鱼粉中三种生物胺含量进行检测,相比现有技术中的柱前衍生法,前处理操作简单,检测耗时短,重复性好,具有良好的推广前景。
