Abstract | The invention provides an environment-friendly cable based on recovered plant ash and acid-leaching residues of electrolytic zinc. The cable comprises a wire core, an insulating sleeve layer wrapping the outer surface of the wire core, an inner sheath layer winding the outer surface of the insulating sleeve layer, and a sheath pipe wrapping the outer surface of the inner sheath layer. The sheath pipe comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-95 parts of polyolefin, 2-6 parts of plant ash, 5-8 parts of silicone rubber, 0.5-0.8 part of a silane coupling agent, 1-4 parts of stearic acid, 0.5-0.8 part of white carbon black and 3-8 parts of acid-leaching residues of electrolytic zinc. Compared with the prior art, the cable of the invention has the beneficial effects that the obtained cable sheath pipe is high in tensile strength, has elongation at break of 750 percent or above, an oxygen index of 36 or above and flame resistance of level A and presents the characteristics of remarkable strength, |
