Abstract | The invention discloses an offshore full-direct-current wind power plant based on a machine end starting resistor and a starting method of the offshore full-direct-current wind power plant. The full-direct-current wind power plant is characterized in that: each group of collection branch circuit is connected with a preset number of field side power generation and conversion devices, the branch is connected with a direct-current bus through a direct-current bus isolation switch, and a direct-current booster station is connected with the direct-current bus; each direct-current wind turbine generator comprises a starting device; and the control system controls the running states of the direct-current booster station, the direct-current wind turbine generator, the starting device and the direct-current bus isolating switch.
