Abstract | The invention belongs to the field of machining and detection, and particularly relates to a hole detection device with an anti-rotation mechanism and a detection method. A workpiece moves relative to a reference. A detection part can rotate around a first kinematic pair and a second kinematic pair, but cannot rotate in a detected hole. The light spot changes due to an error of the hole and is detected. The hole detection method comprises the following steps of: step 1, placing the workpiece and emitting light; step 2, enabling the workpiece to move; and step 3, solving a hole shape and position error. The hole detection device has the advantages that: the detection part cannot rotate in the hole, so that errors caused by the rotation can be avoided; the light spot is and is not influenced by external light rays; an error amplification effect is achieved; small holes can be detected; the hole detection device has a pressure feedback function, and can prevent a detection rod from drooping; a fluid forward cone |
