Abstract | The invention discloses a boring method of a high-precision thin-wall titanium alloy frame. The boring method comprises the following steps: (1) grinding the bottom surface and each side surface of the frame; (2) placing the bottom surface on a workbench, installing a dial indicator on a main shaft of a horizontal boring machine, aligning the frame, and evenly pressing a boss in the frame by a pressing plate; (3) placing a square angle square on the top surface of the frame to calibrate the rotation precision of the horizontal boring machine; (4) respectively mounting machining test blocks C and D on the outer side surfaces of holes C and D of the frame, and machining inner holes of the machining test blocks C and D; (5) installing a dial indicator on the main shaft of the horizontal boring machine, and eliminating the central position error between the horizontal boring machine main shaft and the workbench; (6) removing the machining test blocks C and D, and machining the holes C andD of the frame; and (7) m |
