Abstract | The invention discloses a process for increasing the apparent density of pressureless granulation powder. According to the process, silicon carbide slurry is sprayed out of a spray tower, moisture ofhigh-solid-phase small liquid globules of the silicon carbide slurry quickly evaporates under the action of gravity and hot air so as to form spherical particles with different sizes to roll downwardsalong the inner wall of the spray tower, the granulation powder with different particle sizes is obtained through vibration screening and grading, finer particles enter a cyclone dust collector to form dust removal powder, larger particles form the granulation powder, and the two kinds of powder are mixed to form mixed powder. The process has the advantage that the function of increasing the apparent density can be achieved without changing the formula and modifying the powder.
