Abstract | The invention provides a water circulation temperature control device and system for heating liquefied natural gas. The water circulation temperature control device comprises a liquefied LNG storage tank, a low-temperature immersed pump, a vaporizer, a heat exchanger and a temperature control device body which are connected in a closed mode, wherein the outlet end of the liquefied LNG storage tankis connected with the inlet end of the low-temperature immersed pump through an LNG low-temperature pipeline a; the outlet end of the low-temperature immersed pump is connected with the inlet end ofthe heat exchanger through an LNG low-temperature pipeline B and the vaporizer; the outlet end of the heat exchanger is connected with upper-end equipment through a CNG pipeline; and the temperature control device body is connected with a water medium pipeline of the heat exchanger through a heating medium return port A and a heating medium outlet B.
