The chemical formula ofthe fluorescent powder is Sr5.00-2x-yNaxTbx(PO4)3Br: yEu<2+>, x is the molar weight of [Na <+>, Tb <3+>] ion pair substituted [Sr <2+>, Sr <2+>] ion pair, the value range is 0<x<=0.60, and y is the molar weight of Eu <2+> substituted Sr<2+> and the value range is 0<y<=0.10. The fluorescent powder is simple to prepare, under the condition of the same sintering temperature and other environments, achemical unit substitution strategy is adopted, [Na <+>, Tb <3+>] ion pairs replace [Sr <2+>, Sr <2+>] ion pairs in an original compound, the purpose of regulating and controlling the light emittingcolor of the fluorescent powder is achieved, and the light emitting intensity of Tb <3+> is remarkably improved through Eu <2+> co-doping.
