Abstract | The invention discloses a high-power motor with high environmental adaptability, relates to the technical field of motors, and aims to solve the technical problems that in the prior art, a starting mode of a frequency converter structure is mostly adopted after an existing motor is considered from multiple perspectives, although the frequency converter can adjust the rotating speed according to different power grid frequencies, under the condition that some voltages are not stable, the frequency converter cannot completely operate at high torque in a short time. A motor transmission rod is arranged in a motor shell, a front end sealing cover is arranged at one end of the motor shell, a rear end sealing cover is arranged at the other end of the motor shell, the motor shell is connected withthe front end sealing cover and the rear end sealing cover through bolts, and a bearing cover is arranged on the outer side of the front end sealing cover.
