Summary: | The invention discloses a device and a method for removing volatile organic compounds by a vapor phase method polypropylene process. The device comprises a powder filter and a degassing bin, and a powder heater is connected between the powder filter and the degassing bin through a pipeline; the polypropylene powder leaving from the powder filter enters a powder heater to be heated so as to removegas to be removed; and the powder heater is connected with the vacuum pump and is used for separating the powder from the gas to be removed. According to the method, polypropylene powder is filtered by a powder filter, the temperature of the powder is increased by a powder heater, and then the powder enters a degassing bin to be degassed.
