Abstract The invention relates to the technical field of chemical synthesis, and particularly discloses a preparation method of electronic grade malonic acid. The preparation method of the electronic grade malonic acid comprises the following steps: a, mixing deionized water and a catalyst, heating, and performing hydrolyzing to obtain a primary hydrolysate; b, adding the primary hydrolysate into a tandemreaction device formed by connecting 3-5 reaction kettles in series, and sequentially carrying out hydrolysis reaction at the temperature of 40-70 DEG C under the vacuum condition to obtain secondaryhydrolysate; c, cooling, crystallizing and drying the secondary hydrolysate in a tubular crystallizer to obtain the electronic grade malonic acid.
