Abstract | The invention discloses a portable noble metal interlayer adulteration nondestructive testing device based on an infrared thermal imaging technology. The device comprises a constant-temperature thermal excitation module, a data time synchronization function module, an infrared thermal imaging module, a data analysis terminal module, a power supply module and a support storage structure. Based on an infrared thermal imaging technology, a constant-temperature boiling water bath is used as an excitation heat source, the data time synchronous imaging technology is adopted, and a database terminalcomparison and analysis function is utilized, so rapid criteria for nondestructive detection of noble metal interlayer adulteration are realized. The device can quickly and accurately judge whether precious metal layers are adulterated or not, the appearance of precious metal materials is not damaged, and the device is convenient to carry, simple and easy to use.
