The method comprises the steps that whether exhaust fluctuation is generated in a low-frequency operation process of the air conditioner or not is detected, and the exhaust fluctuation is fluctuation caused by incoordination of the exhaust temperature response speed of a compressor of the air conditioner and the opening degree change speed of an expansion valve; when the exhaust fluctuation is generated, response lag duration is obtained, and the response lag duration is the duration required for controlling the exhaust temperature response speed to be changed in a coordinated mode when the opening degree change speed is changed in a stable state; and the action time of the expansion valve is adjusted according to the response lag duration.
