Abstract | The embodiment of the invention provides a video processing method and device and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps of obtaining the video speed regulation information, wherein the video speed regulation information comprises a frame position of a speed regulation initial frame in an original video, a frame position of a speed regulation ending frame in the original video, an initial speed corresponding to the speed regulation initial frame and a target speed corresponding to the speed regulation ending frame; determining a corresponding frame position of each frame in the target video in the original video according to the video speed regulation information, wherein the target video is a video after speed regulation of the original video; and obtaining the target video according to the corresponding frame position of each frame in the target video in the original video.
