The invention provides an antibacterial rubber composition and a tire. The antibacterial rubber composition is applied to the sidewall of an all-steel radial tire, and the rubber composition comprisesthe following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of base rubber, 30-80 parts of reinforcing filler, 10-30 parts of a plasticizing system and 0.01-15 part of a bacteriostatic agent, wherein thebase rubber is one or more of natural rubber, polybutadiene rubber, butyl rubber, ethylene propylene rubber and isoprene rubber, the plasticizing system is a liquid plasticizer and/or a solid plasticizer, and the bacteriostatic agent is one or more of a nano bacteriostatic agent, a polymer bacteriostatic agent and bacteriostatic essential oil.
