The invention relates to a system and method for preparing phthalocyanine blue P.B.15 by a slurry direct acid expansion method. The system comprises a pulping kettle, a calibration metering kettle, anacid expansion kettle, an acid boiling kettle, a filter press and an alkali boiling kettle which are connected in sequence. The pulping kettle comprises a pigment feeding hole and a surfactant feeding hole, the surfactant is selected from sodium butyl naphthalene sulfonate or methylnaphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate, and the pigment comprises a refined copper phthalocyanine filter cakeobtained by acid boiling and filtering of copper phthalocyanine. The method comprises the following steps: adding a pigment containing a refined copper phthalocyanine filter cake into the pulping kettle, adding a surfactant, performing dispersing, carrying out wet grinding, adding water to obtain slurry, and carrying out acid expansion, acid boiling and alkali boiling on the slurry to obtain phthalocyanine blue P.B.15.
