Abstract | The invention discloses an improved ultrasonic partial discharge detection device, which improves the working efficiency in the partial discharge detection process of GIS equipment, reduces the laborintensity and ensures the personal safety. The device comprises a partial discharge sensor used for detecting GIS equipment and a partial discharge host. The partial discharge sensor is adjusted to anangle attached to the surface of the GIS equipment through an adjusting assembly; and the adjusting assembly is connected with an insulating rod. The bottom of the insulating rod is installed on a fixed chassis, the fixed chassis comprises a base, two adjusting baffles are symmetrically arranged on the base, sleeves are installed on the adjusting baffles in a hinged mode, and the bottom of the insulating rod is inserted into the sleeves.
